1:1 Coaching​
Our founder and creative director, Jo offers one-on-one coaching for creatives and business owners who want to elevate their brands. From your brand strategy to website design, business ownership comes with a lot of hats you didn't necessarily know you were signing up for.
These coaching sessions involves identifying your strengths and getting clear about your goals and direction. Jo will help you find your brand's vision, purpose, values and ideal audience. This is a great way for you to kick-start your own creative and entrepreneurial journey.

Signature Branding

Our goal is to build a brand that is recognisable and authentic to you. We will work together through the branding process to develop and design a cohesive visual brand identity that will reflect your core values and attract your ideal customers.

As with all of our services and packages, we start off the process with a discovery call. An introduction to establish your needs and to answer any questions you may have. We'll then ask you to complete a brand questionnaire. This will allow us to gain a further understanding of where you are and what direction you'd like to head in. We'll discover your brand goals and personality in order to align your designs with your ideal audience, and values and make sure you stand out within your niche.

If you’re ready to start crafting the brand your dreams, we invite you to book a Discovery Call. This can either be done Zoom or over the phone. During this all, we'll have an informal chat so we can get to know each other better and explore your needs.

Step One: Discovery
Our process begins with you – your story, your dreams, your passion. We’ll have a chat where we dive deep into your brand and unpack what your brand is all about - including your ideal clients, how you want to make them feel, and all the things that set your business apart – what makes you unique.
Following our chat, you’ll receive an email outlining the project and a quote. You’ll then receive a proposal tailored to your project. Once you accept, a 50% deposit will be due to lock in your start date. Prior to the project commencing, you’ll receive an invoice, a client welcome pack and a branding questionnaire for you to complete. Together with our initial conversation, your responses will provide us with a clearer vision of your brand direction.
Step Two: Creative
The fun truly begins as we create your vision -. our thoughtful design process begins with strategy. Once we have a solid strategy in place, your branding will start to become a reality. Depending on the service/package you have chosen, we will present you with up to three design concepts. We will then move on to revisions (if any) based on your feedback.
Step Three: Deliver & celebrate

Now that your designs are finalised, it’s time to show them off to the world! You will receive all the necessary files, along with guides to help you use your new brand – and any other deliverables. You’ll also receive your final invoice. But wait, it’s not goodbye yet. We like to keep in touch and make sure that you’re happy.
