We know making any changes to your business may feel overwhelming, but we are here for you and will guide you every step of the way, keeping you updated during the process. Our process has been tested and revised to ensure you have the most enjoyable and results-driven design experience.
01 Discovery
Our process begins with you – your story, your dreams, your passion. We’ll have a chat where we dive deep into your brand and unpack what your brand is all about - including your ideal clients, how you want to make them feel, and all the things that set your business apart – what makes you unique.
Following our chat, you’ll receive an email outlining the project and a quote. Prior to the project commencing, you’ll receive an invoice, a client welcome pack and a branding questionnaire for you to complete. Together with our initial conversation, your responses will provide us with a clearer vision of your brand direction.
02 Creative
The fun truly begins as we create your vision -. our thoughtful design process begins with strategy. Once we have a solid strategy in place, your branding will start to become a reality. Depending on the service/package you have chosen, we will present you with up to three design concepts. We will then move on to revisions (if any) based on your feedback.
03 Deliver
Now that your designs are finalised, it’s time to show them off to the world! You will receive all the necessary files, along with guides to help you use your new brand – and any other deliverables. You’ll also receive your final invoice. But wait, it’s not goodbye yet. We like to keep in touch and make sure that you’re happy.
